Hey, I'm Lalit 👋

I am a Full Stack Software Engineer who spends most of my time hanging out at the intersection of complex backend systems, distributed architecture, and autonomous AI integration.

For me, software engineering isn't just about making things work, it’s about making them resilient when everything else is trying to fail. I build systems that scale, optimize code that drags, and automate workflows that keep developers up at night.

I believe that languages and frameworks are just tools to solve specific engineering puzzles. That said, over the years I’ve specialized deeply in a few powerful ecosystems:

  • Backend & Ecosystems: Laravel (PHP), Python (FastAPI, Asyncio, Scripting)
  • Full Stack JavaScript: The MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
  • The Edge: Building AI integrated SaaS, implementing autonomous agentic workflows, and crafting custom developer tooling.

Whether it’s managing connection pools in a heavy Node.js environment, optimizing database queries in a complex Laravel application, or setting up distributed task executions in Python, I care about the underlying principles, not just the syntax.

I am an active builder. When I'm not writing production code for scale, I’m usually building indie projects, hacking together AI integrations, or figuring out how to make developer workflows faster and less frustrating.

Some of my recent focus areas include:

  • RepriceAgent: An AI-driven, dynamic pricing SaaS designed to handle high-frequency pricing updates for e-commerce environments.
  • Autonomous Middleware: Designing 24/7 autonomous marketing and execution pipelines using OpenClaw.
  • Developer Utilities: Building niche UI and navigation extensions to make interacting with large language models completely frictionless.

I am a huge proponent of modern developer velocity, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate building, while maintaining strict human-level architectural governance.

The internet does not need another tutorial on "How to build a Todo App in React."

Most tech content skips the painful realities of production engineering: data drift, network failure, memory leaks, and the massive hidden costs of bad architectural decisions.

I started this blog to share:

  1. Software Engineering Hidden Gems: The low-level optimizations, OS primitives, and database internals that most people ignore until things break.
